Design and Build
We design and we build. One point of contact.
At build X, design and construction are part of the same contract. The team that draws is the team that builds, and it answers for the result from the first study to handing over the keys.
The model
Design and construction in one contract.
In traditional procurement, the owner commissions the design from one team and the construction from another, and stands between the two managing deadlines, costs and responsibilities.
In Design and Build, that coordination becomes ours. The budget follows the design from the start, solutions are thought through by the people who will build them, and every decision is made with cost and schedule in view.

Five stages, the same team.
Feasibility
We look at the plot or the building, the brief and the available budget, to confirm the project is possible before going ahead.
Design
We develop the architecture and the engineering with the budget alongside, so each option is decided with its cost.
Permits
We prepare and follow the application with the municipality and the other authorities.
Construction
We carry out the works with planning, cost control and regular information on what is done and what is left.
Handover
We go through the completed works with you and hand over the final documentation.
